Indie Music Review: Curt Marshall - Shaydus
Curt Marshall states that the music on his MySpace page are "excerpts from my soundtrack for a film that doesn't exist". He is very interested in films and wants to compose soundtrack scores. His compositions are rock-influenced, experimental instrumentals that show his skill as a musician and composer.
I listened to his music for the first time several days ago. "The Nomad Edit" has stayed in my head ever since I first heard it. It has a slightly haunting sound to it that would do any movie justice. When an instrumental stays in your head like this one has (in a good way), it has a lot of power to it.
Find out what I mean by going to Curt's music and listen to "The Nomad Edit". Don't limit yourself to just that one song, all of his music is absolutely fantastic. Someone needs to write a film that will do this soundtrack justice!
